Angel au pairs believe that it is very important for au pairs and families to be matched carefully. All our au pairs are interviewed personally in the home countries by our partner agencies and their duties are explained to them. Angel au pairs have a good network of people both in the U.K. and overseas who can speak to your au pair for you if communication is a problem and can translate instructions etc. for you.
We believe that it is very important for au pairs to be happy. They will settle in more quickly and be able to work more efficiently. To this end we can provide links to other au pairs via the social network site Facebook, where there is lots of information about things to do and places to see. We also provide a 24 emergency helpline for our families and au pairs to use in extreme cases.
We keep in close contact with our families and au pairs and introduce new au pairs to existing ones in their area, as this has helped stop them from feeling too home sick.
We promise to provide you with a personal, professional and individual service. We will always try to have someone answer the phone and be there when you need us.
